These terms cover PerliStream Connect, the online service of Perlicom Systems Ltd ("Perlicom", "we") that links PerliStream apps to PerliStream Server installations: your account, claiming servers, sharing with other people, device sign-in and, where your plan includes them, remote access and the relay.
You need an account to use PerliStream Connect. Sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email address. Keep your devices secure. You can sign out any device, or all of them, from your account page.
PerliStream Server runs on hardware you control. Your media stays on it. PerliStream Connect does not store, index or inspect your media. When the relay carries a stream, it passes the data through without keeping it.
You are responsible for the media you add to your server and for whom you share it with. Only share content you have the right to share. You must only claim a server you installed or are allowed to manage.
A server owner can invite other people and choose their role and libraries. The number of people depends on the owner's plan. The owner can remove anyone at any time.
Local playback on your home network is free. Remote access, the relay, live TV recording and offline downloads need a paid plan, bought from Perlicom as described at checkout. Paid features belong to the server owner and apply to the people they share with.
Do not use PerliStream Connect to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's, or to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts or servers that do.
We work to keep PerliStream Connect running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Playback on your home network keeps working without it once your devices know your server.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Servers you own then become unclaimed. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
